You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Service Fees
Lexits charges service fees on completed transactions. Freelancers pay a sliding scale fee (5-20% based on lifetime billings), while clients pay processing fees.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through our secure escrow system. Funds are released upon milestone completion and mutual agreement.
Refunds and Disputes
Refund eligibility depends on project completion status and adherence to agreed terms. Our dispute resolution process helps resolve conflicts fairly.
Platform Content
The Lexits platform, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by Maxsys International LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you create, but grant Lexits a license to use, display, and distribute it on the platform for service provision.
Project Work
Intellectual property rights for project deliverables are transferred to clients upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in project agreements.
Lexits acts as a marketplace platform connecting freelancers and clients. We are not responsible for the quality of work, project outcomes, or disputes between users. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Mediation
We provide mediation services for project disputes. Our team works to facilitate fair resolution between parties.
Arbitration
Disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation may be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Either party may terminate their account at any time. Lexits reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, but certain provisions will survive termination.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
